1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within a timeframe, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 1- 20 days
  • Express Shipping: 1-10 days
  • International Shipping: 10-20 days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Fetch is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damages and Lost Packages
Fetch NZ is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team at fetchnzbusiness@gmail.com file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
